Canon or Nikon???

help! I'm planning to buy camera sooner.

what kind of camera are you getting? consumer? prosumer? or the dslr range?

sir st, either of the two ok lang po... kung dslr po ang kukunin ha.

weigh your options din... both have good features but basically have the same functions.  one thing for me why i use a nikon is because of the colors.  mas gus2 ko registry ng colors nya compared to canon.

on the other hand... canon has like 4 lens sales a year, so chances are, mas makakabili ka ng maraming lens at an affordable price compared to nikon (hindi ata nag sesale un eh)

here in the philippines, maganda service ng canon, unlike nikon (columbia in what ive read in some forum has some bad reviews kasi e)

bottomline, either a nikon or a canon, it really is "the indian and not the pana" that matters (plus factor lang ung gear heheheh)

nikon D40 pwede na. sa lenses ka na lang bumawi.

Or better yet, get the Nikon D60 or if you want the Canon 450D.

that's a good starter cam.

i'm a little more biased to Nikon though, like niteowl (I prefer the skin tone rendition and the white balance sensor more than the Canon counterpart). i switched from an all Canon line up to an all Nikon one.
