Airport/Immigration Question

naku, delikado ka nyan kung hindi ka dadaan sa poea. ung friend ko dinikit nya na tapos di pinaalis.  pwede mo ipaste na lang ung visa AFTER dumaan sa phil immigration, let's say nasa plane ka, provided:

1. may hk id ka na, or
2. may return ticket ka to pinas (bale lalabas babalik ka pa din sa pinas to go to poea anyway. baka kailangan mo lang talaga pumunta sa hk to do something, as a tourist)

my friend had to call his travel agent just to get his return ticket immediately.

then pagdating mo dito saka mo na lang ayusin poea mo sa consulate office. it'll cost you around $200.  then have your return ticket rescheduled pagdating mo dito para hindi naman masayang.

ewan ko lang kung makakalusot pa to. my friend did this a couple of years back.

whaa salamat sa info! pero yung isang intern din like me, i asked her if she registered at POEA, sabi nya wala nman daw syang dinaanan na kahit anong government office, pinaste nya lang daw yung visa tapos yun lang!

kse requirement sa POEA yung working visa bago makapagregister, eh i don't have it yet, balak ko kse umalis na agad when i receive it, kya lang kung magpaparegister pa ako, they still have predeparture seminars and other requirements, e ayoko sana matagalan huhu gaano ba katagal magprocess nun usually?

ano ba ang visa mo?

employment? student? training? 

if it's employment, it's still best to become a member of owwa.  it'd be nice to believe that the philippine consulate would protect you in case anything bad happens.

i just read a news recently na legally listed workers ang priority ng consulate.

training visa po baka nman exempted kmi sa POEA registration kse for training lang nman e haha salamat po ulet!

bakit naman po yatang ang daming permit and processes na kailangang gawin? hindi ba pwedeng isang super permit na lang yung lahat ng yun? grabe pinapahirapan nila yung mga OFW.....

This is my first post and hopefully you can help me sa queries ko....dunno lang kung dito tama na thread to ask.....but...

1. How long does it usually take for a working visa/permit to be approved by HK immigration?
2. Paano kung gusto mo dalhin spouse mo....paano kumuha or mag-apply for a dependents visa? and how long kaya process nun?
pag nakuha na ba yung work visa automatic na rin yung sa spouse or dependent approved na rin?

para sa iyong mga katanungan:

1. usually pag first time work visa application, mga 3-4mos ang processing depende sa klase ng work na inaaplyan mo. kung ang work mo e medyo kakaiba hehehe or yung tipong iilan lang ung mga local hongkongers na kayang gumawa nun mas mabilis at me pag asa ma approve. depende din sa kakayahan ng company mo to sponsor, mas malaking company mas ok. at higit sa lahat depende kung gaano kakulit ung company mo to follow it up sa immigration.

2. pg dating mo dto fill-up ka lang ng form for dependant visa application na makukuha mo din sa 2F, Forms dept ng immigration. kakailanganin mo ng a. marriage cert b.pictures nyo and love letters c. proof of address (kuha ng telephone/internet (pccw)) d. contract ng flat (so kailangan meron kang sariling flat) at iba pa na makikita din dun sa form hehhee.  madali lang ma-approve ung dependant visa basta kumpleto ka sa requirements na hinihingi nila.
