Kumusta po!

I'm planning to live and work in Hong Kong for one year, tanggap na naman po ako sa company na papasukan ko, problema ko na lang po yung tirahan. Baka nman po may alam kyong room for rent, yun pong mura lang, newly grad po kse ako, first job ko po sa HK.

Saka po, tatanong ko na rin po yung minimum monthly budget na kailangan to live in Hong Kong. Salamat po ng marami!

About rooms, marami dito, but I sugggest a bachelor pad later.
I need to know kung saan yung location of your work.

Regarding sa budget, depende sa lifestyle mo. Some can live 3000 dollars a month.
Others, gipit pa rin sa 10K.

or u can rent a studio for 6kHK up/monthly ikaw lng mag isa dun walang ka share andun na lahat CR, kitchen, bed, kasama na rin sa rent ang kuryente, internet, phone, water. then walang mga deposit or downpayment na iintindihin. u can check www.studiostudio.com.hk dyan ako nag stay dati nung unang dating ko or u can stay at the studio for one month then hanap ka ng murang flat share kasi ang alam ko sa flatsharing is me parang contract rin na dapat 6months or 1 year ka mag stay dun (sa mga naka flatshare i share nyo naman pano systema dyan) hope this help post lng kung me tanong pa.

hello to all PHKERS,
am in HK na din....lookin' for a flat to rent nga din sana. work ko is in tai po (an layo). now nasa mongkok ako nag-sstay, kinunan ako muna ng mallit na room temporarily ng employer ko for a month lang ...but sad to say sagot ko...so kailangan ko makahanap ng flat before Oct. 23. SInce susunod family ko, ok na siguro kahit 200 - 300 sqr. ft.
Any tips about renting would help din.
Budget siguro is 5k max...may mahahanap kaya somewhere in between Tai po and Kowloon areas?
and tanong ko nalang din, ano suggestion nyo for a HK sim? yung ok sana IDD rates, call & text rates...? dami pa ako tanong kaso ngarag pa ako...thanks in advance guys.

best way is to walk around your office area and find real estate agencies.

i think brytes roamed around tai po/shatin area before. spacious na ung makukuha mo for 5k.  di nya lang kinuha kase he doesn't need a very big space since he lives alone.
