Need help for Job Opportunity in HK

Hello,

I'm new to this site. I'm here at HK to find a job. Kagabi lang ako dumating dito with my bestfriend. Can someone refer to us some companies that accept Filipinos? Kahit kmi magbayad ng Employment visa and tax kung baga we're hired as local basta yung company ang magprocess ng visa and requirements sa Embassy. I want to work here kasi malapit sa mom ko, she's working naman sa China. Gusto ko lang malapit sa kanya.

By the way, my field is in IT (System support/Administration/SAP Basis).
Yung friend ko, Avionics naman more on Electronics and Maintenance cya pwde cya sa Airport or any electronics company.

May prospect na rin akong companies dito sa HK pero baka may marefer pa kyo na iba.

Una, welcome to PHK! sana mag-enjoy ka dto...dami pwedeng tumulong sayo tungkol sa iba ibang bagay..pero with regards to finding a job medyo mahirap for IT people...base lang sa experience...me friend ako na pumunta dto 2yrs ago para maghanap ng work - systems support din sya. bale 1mo sya ng-stay dto pero wala sya nakuhang work.  mas preferred kase ng mga companies dto yung local or resident na or holder ng working visa..pero wag ka madiscourage, me kanya kanya naman tayong swerte dba?

try mo itong company na ito, integra-IT - www.integraitgroup.com. head hunter sila pero marami silang MNC clients...filipina yung office manager nyan. tumatanggap sila ng pinoys pero depende ata sa requirements...merong client na ok lang na mghire from overseas, yung iba naman gusto andto na kagad sa HK at me work visa na para nde matagal yung processing.

pero try mo din mg apply from jobsdb or jobstreet...nakuha ko ung job ko before from jobstreet e...

Thanks for the response regarding this matter. Yeah you're absolutely right, kanya kanyang swerte lang talaga. TY sa company na binigay mo, it will help me in finding an IT job here in HK. Kanina may interview ako sa may Lippon Centre sa Admirality, they like me kasi I will be the one will shoulder the expenses and the visa but they need to consult it first to the highest officer of the company. I'm not expecting to that company, pero hahanap pa rin ako...just to be sure..3 companies na tumawag sa akin kasi nga I'm here in HK so mas madali ang communication. Yung iba they will call me daw if Im shortlisted. hehe goodluck sa akin next Monday. todo apply ako online this weekend and buti may wifi sa room ko. =) libre pa. San ka sa Hk kuya spidey?

Meron pa ba kyong alam na naghire ng filipinos? or any multinational companies here in HK? I still have 11 days more to search and find a job here.

But you can try JobsDB.com chaka yung Ads ng Southh China Morning Post.
Every Saturday issue, marami silang ads.

Hello PHkers

Ask ko lang anu-anu ang mga requirements for processing of the employment visa (I know na dapat employer ang mag process nun)?Can you please share it? How much is the fee and other miscellaneous expenses?

And lastly, pwde pa bang mag extend ng stay dito sa HK? Ilang days pa kaya ang dagdag for that?and magkano? Ilang days/weeks ang processing for the extension? And the requirements needed?

Pero dapat ang nagaayos nyan e yung employer mo...

pero dahil namehire/direct hire ka lalabas...check mo yung requirements ng namehire dto

with regards to your question kung papano mg-extend ng stay dto sa hk, amm, nde ako sure kung ia-allow ka magextend...for sure tatanungin ka ng immigration officer kung bakit ka mageextend and kung ang sagot mo e para mgtour pa, tatanungin ka uli kung nde pa ba enough yung 2weeks mo...ang ginagawa nila dati (im not sure kung makakalusot pa din) e mag-exit to either china or macau...but you need to check kse parang nde na ata pwede ngayon mkapagexit sa china...

ang the best na pwede mo gawin, kung me relatives ka dto sa hk e mgpa-invite at iprocess mo sa chinese embassy sa pilipinas yung 2mos visa...para mas matagal...
