GK Site Visit on 30th December 2006

Dear all,

We are extending our invitations to all of our friends here
in Hong Kong to join us share our blessings & time with
our less fortunate countrymen.

We are arranging a Gawad Kalinga (GK) Site visit in
Bagong Silang on 30 Dec. 2006, Saturday, from 12:00nn
until 6: 00P.M.

You may donate some baskets (P500 worth of goods
which will be bought for us in the Phils. by our CFC
organizers in advance) or you may join us in the said event.
Deadline for the said donation is tomorrow, 22 Dec. 2006.

CFC Hong Kong is currently sponsoring children of different
ages in Bagong Silang by sending them to schools, regularly.
An in the past years, we were already contented by just giving
them their yearly school needs.

This year, we want them to experience more than that!

Not just by giving them their school fees and these baskets
of goods from you, but also to share an afternoon with them.
Play with them, celebrate with them, and also to share the fun
with them.

This information maybe a bit late to afew, but it only takes
a few minutes to decide and say "YES, I WANT TO JOIN/HELP!"

Please refer to the attched file for the updated list (as of
today) of the donations and attendees.

Kindly fill up the required information (highlighted
in blue), espcially your contract numbers in the
Phils., for our easy reference.

A bus is being organized by CFC members to bring us to
the GK Site or you may use your own means of transportaion.
Refer to previous email below. Please fill up the excel
if you want to join the bus transportation, and reply ASAP, to
ensure that we will have enough room on the bus for
everybody.

12:00 nn assembly time at CFC Center - 349 Greenhills East, Ortigas
12:30 pm departure gk office
1:30 pm arrival in bagong silang
1:45 pm welcome program
2:15 pm tour of GK site
3:00 pm get together with sponsored children
4:00 pm merienda
5:00 pm gift giving
5:30 pm end
6:00 pm departure from Bagong Silang

GK Mabuhay is arranging van from CFC Center to Bagong Silang and
vice-versa at PHP200 per head. We need to know the actual number
of those who will avail of the van. Please advise us ASAP
(Deadline: 18Dec) so we can confirm with GK.

No problem if you wish to bring your own transport...you may meet us
at CFC Center or can proceed directly to GK Bagong SIlang.

GK have confirmed that a gift bag is worth PHP500. They suggested
to use bag instead of basket for practical reason.

We are requested to chip in PHP50 per head for the merienda...hope
this will not be a problem.
