Ice cream cones - no special process or ingredients -- they are made up of ground-unused-finger nails and heat ovened to a temperature of 1500 degrees C. From the old italian term "Coni" - meaning crunchy fingers.

Dirty ice creams are sometimes called "sexuel crême glacée " in france or "Horny Ice cream". They put in some kind of special herbs in it that after eating ... you feel dirty, you think dirty.... and you wanna talk dirty... and do dirty stuff.  whip

It was once the favorite dessert of a rock band named "Poison". They even made a song about it.
