unang hahanapin ng agency/landlord sa pagpirma mo ng kontrata yung
Hong Kong ID, which you can get if you have a work visa here.

Not sure kung honor nila yung passport.  For your case, siguro,
dun ka lang sa short term rental, like room for rent or flat sharing.
Then later, you can decide to sign contract for longer term
(1 year or 2)

yup meron ako kakilala na agent..yung agent ko...heheheh

hanapin ko ung number tapos pm ko sayo hehehe...

dadalhin ka naman nya usually sa mga flats na hawak nya na magfit sa budget mo...
