it depends on the position that you will have in that company .

usually its around 20% increase (according to friends who work at recruitment firms)...unless your really good at what you do and the company is desperate you could get that 30% pero there's a chance pa rin na they might think it's too much...

All right, too big pala 30% hahahah. 10 to 20% pala pag same role din?

First job ko kasi sa pinas then move dito. Kaya parang first job ulit (kasi ibang level na yung sahuran). Kaya no experience pa sa salary negotiation pag same country offer. Nung tinanggap ko kasi yung dito, nagbase ako sa cost of living and payscale.
